Thank you for choosing Squinted. We are committed to offering our buyers the most efficient and cost-effective ways of receiving your purchases. Below is everything to know about getting a Squinted order from the seller to buyer..

1. Courier Selection

We present our buyers with a selection of courier companies at the point of checkout.

  • Costs of each shipping route are clearly displayed at this time.
  • The buyer is totally free to choose their own preferred courier from this list.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to select a courier that is right for them

2. Tracking Your Order

Squinted offers tracking information for all orders shipped through our platform.

  • Once your Squinted checkout has successfully been completed a tracking number will be generated from your preferred courier. This will be displayed against your order in the Squinted app.
  • As your order moves along its journey the status of your delivery will be updated and can also be monitored in the Squinted app.
  • A buyer will receive notifications via the Squinted app when delivery status changes.

3. Courier Charges

Courier charges are calculated based on the buyer's selection at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Squinted does not take any commission from courier fees.

  • Squinted does not set the courier charges displayed at time of checkout and has no influence over those charges.
  • Squinted believes in fair shipping for everyone. We do not apply surcharges for delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or UK Islands. However, we are not responsible for any surcharges levied by the courier companies themselves.

4. Missing or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your Squinted parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please refer to our Raising Issues document.
