Buyer Protection Fee

Our goal is to provide buyers with a secure purchasing experience by applying a Buyer Protection fee. This fee is mandatory for every order made through Squinted and is added automatically at checkout.

The calculation of this fee varies based on several factors, such as:

• item characteristics
• order value

The Buyer Protection fee includes a percentage of the final item price, as well as a fixed fee — in our case 5% plus £0.70.

As you browse items, the fee is included in the price breakdown for each listing and reflected in the total price for the item. At checkout, the total Buyer Protection fee, which includes VAT, will be added to your order's final price and clearly displayed in the order summary.
